The plumbers I had hired (with no relation to Baths of Distinction at all) gave me the wrong measurements, and I had to exchange the tub (multiple times!!) and Baths of Distinction was so helpful and patient with the exchanges. I was pleasantly surprised at the workmanship of this tub. So, we hopped on over to Houzz.com and read all of the positive reviews and were sold! The tub arrived crated an ahead of schedule. This tub is beautiful and comfortable. The finish is flawless! We have gotten numerous compliments since it was installed. Most people can't believe it's not cast iron. Our plumber was truly impressed and loved the built in over-flow feature. He was even more impressed when I told him what we paid! If I ever have a need for another free-standing tub, I know exactly who I'll call...Baths of Distinction! My wife spoke with Kim to inquire about a military discount (which is 10%), and was told they do offer military discount; however, they had a better deal, which was 15%. It was a pleasant surprise.
