- All returns must be in their original package and in new condition as supplied.
- Any repairs required on return goods will be charged to the customer.
- All returns must have a Return Product Authorization (RA) number.
- All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Please write the RPA number on the package near the return address
- Actual shipping costs both ways on returns will be charged to the buyer.
- Any shipping damage should be reported to the carrier at time of delivery.
- The customer's credit card account will be credited after we have received the returned items.
