CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Provides residential delivery curbside at street level via tractor trailer.

LIFT-GATE SERVICE
Driver will bring crated tub from truck via lift-gate to street level at curbside. You are responsible for making arrangements to have item(s) brought into your home, garage, etc. Lift-gate service is included on our tubs. The truck driver will not bring the tub into your home.

DRIVER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The driver is not responsible for bringing freight into house, garage, etc. and does not assist with unpacking, set up or clean up.

SCHEDULED DELIVERY
Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) and span an approximate 4-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.

SPATIAL RESTRICTIONS/OBSTRUCTIONS
(small gravel road, low hanging trees or just insufficient space in general for tractor trailer to make delivery).
Customer is responsible for advising us at the time of order or the carrier when they call to schedule delivery appointment if the delivery location is not accessible to tractor-trailers so appropriate modifications (delivery or pick up location, type of truck required, etc.) can be made in advance.
If we discover after shipping that the freight company cannot deliver the tub to your residence, we will notify you and have either the tub held at the nearest terminal for three business days or try to arrange delivery to another location. If the tub remains undelivered, the tub will return to us and we will bill you for the actual storage and shipping charges both ways.

INSPECTION
It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery. Do not carelessly sign the delivery receipt.

PICKUP
You can choose to pickup any tub that is in stock in St. Petersburg, Florida. There is no cost for local pick up.

INSPECTING YOUR TUB WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT

This is a copy of the standard document we will send you confirming all of the points we would like you to look out for when your tub arrives.

Dear Customer:

Thank you for your business – we greatly appreciate it.

You can track your tub at   ..................... with tracking #....................

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT

WE TAKE EXTREME CARE WITH YOUR TUB AND FITTINGS BEFORE WE SHIP.  THEY WILL LEAVE IN PERFECT CONDITION IN A CRATE THAT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION.  We have attached a picture of your tub and fixtures in the crate so that you can see how it looked when it left our warehouse.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE INSPECT IT VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT.  YOUR SIGNATURE ON A WRITTEN DOCUMENT IS LEGALLY BINDING AND IF YOU DISCOVER A PROBLEM LATER, THE SHIPPER WILL NOT ENTERTAIN CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS IF YOU HAVE SIGNED FOR RECEIVING THE GOODS IN GOOD CONDITION.

DO NOT ALLOW THE DRIVER TO RUSH YOU. Take your time and verify that you have received what is noted on the bill of lading that should be in your crate and that there is no damage to any of the items.

Please observe the following guidelines prior to signing the bill of lading:

1. Take a few minutes and inspect the crate.  Rule of thumb is if there is no damage to the crate the tub is normally okay.

A)      Make sure that there are no broken pieces or the crate does not appear to be intact.  Also, check to make sure that the crate does not look like someone has tried to repair it.

B)      Pull the plastic back from the tub on the ends and the side to make sure that there are no forklift holes or other type of damage.

C)      Check the boxes to make sure they do not appear to have been crushed, opened or dented.

2.  Verify that the number of boxes you received is what is noted on the bill of lading.  If there are any boxes missing or damage to the boxes, note the damage or items missing.  Be as specific as possible when noting the damages.

3.  If you DO NOT see any damage to the crate or the boxes, count and write down the exact number of boxes received on the bill of lading, sign and retain copy for yourself.

4.  If you DO see damage to the crate, note damage on the receipt.  Be as specific as possible when noting the damage.  Open up the tub to inspect even closer.

5.  If you DO see damages to the boxes, please notate all damage on bill of lading.  If the number of boxes does not match the total on the bill of lading, note how many are missing and what is missing if possible.

If there is damage or short supply, please point this out to the driver and note it on the delivery note and ask the driver to sign…then call us at 1-866-938-3880 and press option 3 for Customer Care and we will take care of it.

Failure to follow these simple instructions can result in a loss to you, and no-one wants this to happen
