After searching the internet for weeks, I called Baths of Distinction and spoke with James.  I wanted to replace the old fiberglass tub in my daughter’s condo with a clawfoot tub, but was not sure of the best way to use the existing plumbing.  I had called several other companies and had gone to the local home improvement stores, but no one was able to tell me what I needed to do.  Then, I talked to James.  He was the most helpful person I had spoken with and helped me order all the parts necessary for the transformation.  Not only did we get remarkable service, we also got a great deal. We just finished our bathroom renovationg and I have finally gotten to enjoy my new soaking tub.  It's wonderful.  We got the 67" double ended extra deep tub and it really lives up to it's name.  I was worried that it would be difficult to get in and out of being so deep, but it's not too difficult at all.  The water also stays warm forever!  I used to have to run the water several times during a long bath to keep the temperature up, but with this tub it stays warm longer than I want to stay in.  We had one issue with a wrong color part sent; I called your office and the correct part was in the mail that afternoon. Thanks for producing such a great tub at such an affordable price.

I wanted to take a minute and personally thank you for outstanding customer service. I ordered a pedestal tub for my bathroom remodel from Baths of Distinction. When I received my tub, I realized I had made an error in calculation and it wasn't going to work for my space. I called about returning it and was told not to go to the trouble. Baths of Distinction sent me the appropriate tub for the project and didn't charge me, nor did they ask me to pay to return the other tub. I was told that the most important thing to the company was that I would be completely satisfied with their assistance and my end result. I couldn't believe it!!! I kept looking for the catch... but there wasn't one, just a sincere company that wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I will NEVER, EVER use another company for my future projects. At the beginning of this renovation, my builder recommended Baths of Distinction and I am so glad you were my choice. You made what could've been a nightmare situation for me an absolute pleasant experience. Thank you so very much!! Hello to all; I hope you have had a good business season this year as well as a rest over the New Year's holiday. I wanted to let you know that I finished my tub installation on New Year's Eve and took my first bath. We haven't had a tub since my wife and I moved into this house five years ago. I had a wonderful hot soak that was very satisfying. Your service was ,to say the least, a very happy experience for me.

I couldn't believe how fast the tub and parts arrived. I am also very satisfied with the very high quality of the tub and drain parts. I  haven't seen tub and drain supplies of this quality in a log time. What's more it was also very affordable. When the tub was on it's way to my house I had to return home from an attempt to buy wood for building shelves. We are very happy with the bathtub we brought from you. It is attractive, and extremely comfortable.

The quality and appearance of the tub and the fixtures is great. It looks to be very durable and will last many years.

My Girlfriend says it is the best Tub ever!    

Shipment was quick, and the packaging was substantial and protected the tub well during shipment.  Installation went well, even in the limited space we had. Although the supply and drain pipes ended up in back of the tub, they still looked great.

The Tub itself is thick and substantial and keeps the water warm. The hand shower unit provides just the right amount of water, a robust gentle stream that does not bounce  water all over the bathroom.

This tub is the new centerpiece of the bathroom, and I hope to enjoy it if I can ever get my Girlfriend out of it!

Baths of Distinction provided the best Customer Service I have received in a long time.  There were questions I had at the time of my purchase and Elisa was there to assist throughout.  Follow-up included emails and telephone calls to my place of employment.  She then monitored the shipment from their dock to my yard without me asking.  Her goal was to make sure I received my bathtub on time and unscathed.  Elisa did what was necessary with determination and with a high level of initiative to keep me satisfied with my purchase.  On top of all that - the bathtub was gorgeous and reasonably priced!

This tub is to be placed in a newly constructed Victorian home my wife and I are building. I scoured the internet looking for vintage tubs that had both the look and price we needed. Your tub fit the need perfectly. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the tub as well as thetelephone style faucet. The tub arrived via freight on time, packaged and protected perfectly. My wife and I took on adding a master suite to our cottage on Cape Cod and we were looking for a vintage look, but didn't want to sacrifice the modern amenities available in newer master baths today. We are very pleased with our Sansiro Tub. We got the 75" Emperess model with all the options included. The tub is very well designed and manufactured. The tub was well packed for shipping and it arrived in excellent shape. Best of all is actually using the tub. It works great. The chromatherapy light may sound like a gimick, but I can tell you that it really makes for a nice experience to turn the room lights down and have the changing colors in the water with the jets going. The light is worth the extra money - as are all the options. We have the Victoriana faucet in oil rubbed bronze finish - it's top notch. Check the plumbing supply houses for yourself and see
 how much a faucet like this costs on it's own and then look at everything you have included in the Sansiro tubs and you will realize this is a good deal. Many of the other tub companies do not include a faucet with their tubs. Do your homework like we did and then go for it and get yourself a fully loaded tub from Sansiro - you can't beat the price, the service or the product.
